Collection, Processing, and Use of Customers’ Personal Information
Col-legno.com is committed to conscientious handling of customers’ data. The customers agree to have their personal data collected and processed by col-legno.com for the purposes listed below. This customer may revoke this agreement at any time.
Col-legno.com collects all information that is entered at the website or received in any other form. Part of this data is stored, with the exception of credit card information, which is only used for the respective transaction and subsequently deleted. The customer maintains the right not to retain any personal information, which may result in the customer not being able to use certain features of col-legno.com’s website, such as special offers.
Information retrieved from the website may include the customer’s name, address, telephone number, and credit card information, as well as in the case of an alternative shipping address, the name, address and credit card information of third parties.
Under no circumstances will personal data of col-legno.com’s customers be provided to third parties, with the exception of our business partners involved with the shipment of our products (for example the shipping company or the bank in charge of processing payments). At all times during transactions (orders and/or confirmation), only the last five (5) digits of the customer’s credit card number shall be provided. The entire credit card number shall only be provided to the bank in charge of processing the respective payments.
